Disclaimer of warranty for Wild West Electronics website
We provide our website and its contents on an "AS IS"
basis and make no warranty or representation regarding any Product,
either express or implied, including the warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement, which are hereby expressly disclaimed, unless
otherwise stated herein. For customers who made purchases between
09/03/05 and 07/18/06, please see additional disclaimer.
Errors
on our website
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website
is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when
information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data,
including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no
warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is
error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct
errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without
notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has
been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment
has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay
type.
Limitations and
Exclusions
We reserve the right to change Product pricing, terms,
specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we may
revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website.
Monitor displays are simulated. Monitors are not included with
computer systems unless specified. Online sales are intended for,
and limited to, personal use and domestic sales only. We reserve the
right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to
prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax,
installation or insurance unless otherwise noted. We do not review
or edit any portion of gift messages and disclaim all responsibility
for their content. We disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy
of any map or direction presented on our website.
If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible
for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a
foreign country. We will not ship to foreign locations. Warranties
for exported Products may vary or be null and void.
Damages
In no event shall Wild West Electronics, Inc., its subsidiaries
or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees,
representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental,
consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages,
including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however
caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise,
and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any
such damages.
Payment
Methods Accepted
We accept the following forms of payment for your online
purchases: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and
PayPal. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple
products in a single order, and we'll accept one credit card and up
to one Gift Card for each order.
We do accept online-only or virtual credit cards as long as they
are issued by one of the credit card companies listed above.
However, due to the requirements of these companies, these cards can
only be used for website orders that are shipped.
We do accept Checks and Money
Orders.
If paying by Check, please allow 7-10 business days for the Check to
clear prior to us processing and shipping your order. To place an
order using a Check or Money Order, please contact us Toll-Free @
1-800-785-0399. Once your order is placed, you will be given
an order number in which to enclose with your Check or Money Order

Sales
Tax Policy
We collect state tax for all orders shipped to Oklahoma.
Oklahoma state taxes vary depending on which city and county your
order is delivered. All other states are exempt.
Order
Fulfillment
You may have your product shipped or delivered to you via one of our
available shipping options. We ship orders on normal business days,
which are Monday through Friday excluding government holidays.
Weekend shipment of orders is not currently available. Orders
requesting any of our available shipping methods including any
Express Air services (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air et cetera) will
usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends,
holidays, date of order).

You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Order
information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate
or incomplete may result in delays. Products can not be shipped to
incomplete addresses. Because 3rd party companies handle the
shipping all orders, we cannot guarantee any shipping arrival times
regardless of the shipping method used. All shipping times are best
estimates only.
If you receive a product that has
been damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 24hrs
or by the next business day if received on a weekend or
holiday, so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
For freight deliveries, you assume
all risk of loss once you sign for the delivery unless damage is
clearly noted on the drivers copy of the signed freight bill and we
are contacted within 24hrs or by the next business day if
received on a weekend or holiday. We always encourage you to
carefully inspect the freight prior to accepting the delivery and
contacting us immediately if you have any questions.
Shipping and Freight charges are not
refundable.
Order
Cancellations
We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your
order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your
Product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your
Product, please review our return
policy to determine your preferred method of return.
Low Price Guarantee
Nothing's worse than paying too much. That's why we do everything
in our power to make sure you don't pay a penny more than you should
for anything you buy at Wild West Electronics. If you've seen a
lower advertised price from a local store with the same item in
stock, we want to know about it. Prove it at the
time of your purchase, and we'll gladly beat their price by 110% of
the difference.
Additionally, we will price protect
your purchase 7 days from your purchase date. If Wild West
Electronic's price reduces, we will gladly credit you the 110% of the
difference upon your notification.
Our policy applies only to advertised prices. It does not apply
to special offers or promotions, including rebates,
free-with-purchase offers, and special financing. In order to take
advantage of our Low Price Guarantee, you must call or email us, as
we do not provide electronic online price matches.
Due to the large number of unauthorized grey market resellers; we cannot match mail order, Internet retailer prices or any
dealers who are not authorized or cannot be verified to be authorized by the manufacturer.
Any difference
will automatically be refunded to your original pay type.

Rebates
Offered by Manufacturers
Rebate and coupon offers provided by manufacturers
are subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer. These terms
may include the timeframe of the offer, limitations on quantities
and combination with other offers. Proof of purchase, UPCs from the
original packaging and postage are normally required for redemption
of rebates by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's agent.You
assume all risk of loss for the use of manufacturer rebates.
Returns
& Exchanges Policy
If you're not completely 100% satisfied with a product, Wild West
Electronics will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 30
days of the sale date, except as noted below.
Items returned to Wild West Electronics for a
refund will be credited less our actual cost we incurred to ship the item to you despite any amount you may have been charged including promotional "Free Shipping" items. Our actual cost of shipping items to you is non-refundable on all returns.
Televisions, Projectors, DLPs, LCDs, Digital cameras, camcorders,
desktop PCs, notebook PCs, monitors, printers, scanners and radar
detectors must be returned within 14 days of the sale date, and
(except where prohibited by law) are subject to a 15% restocking fee
if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box.
Custom made cables, including those that are custom cut or any cable sold by-the-foot are non-refundable for any reason.
There is no restocking fee for defective product returned in
exchange for the exact same product, or for product originally
purchased as Open Box.
For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a
record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its
original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and
all accessories.
Opened software, music, games, and movies may be exchanged for
the same title only.
Charges for installation and shipping
and or delivery services are nonrefundable
after the services have been performed.
Missing accessories: The value of missing items will be
deducted from the credit amount of a return. For even exchanges, we
will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual
for manual, etc.)
Promotional packages: Returns for promotional package
items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional
package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged
if defective.
Defective Product: For Product that we verify to be defective, we will gladly exchange the item for an identical Product at no shipping cost to you. If you elect NOT to make an exchange, your order will be subject to our standard return policies.
For any Product received that is not the Product ordered, we will
exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of
purchase (e.g. order confirmation, packing slip or record of
purchase in our system) is required for all returns.
Mail returns: You may return any merchandise purchased
online via mail provided that the return meets these guidelines.

addresses, which meets the Refunds and Returns guidelines above, may
be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before
returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return
Authorization ("RA"). RA's can be obtained by emailing us
your Return Authorization Request.
Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused
without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee assessed.
An RA is valid for 10 days.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges
for returns, unless otherwise indicated.
If you choose not to insure
your package, and we do not accept return of the Product, you will
be responsible for any loss or damage.
Upon our acceptance of the
merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy,
the purchase price will be credited to your credit card or a mail
refund check will be issued for a purchase made with a gift card as
the sole payment method. Allow 14 days (not including delivery time
for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned Product for the
processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for
Products returned with any missing items such as manuals and/or
accessories.
For Product that we verify to be defective, we will gladly exchange the item for an identical Product at no shipping cost to you. If you elect NOT to make an exchange, your order will be subject to our standard return policies.
If you receive a product that has been

New
Product Manufacturer's Warranties
All new Products are sold with the manufacturer's limited
warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and
Product.
Reward Points Program
Earning Product Reward Points
Reward Points are earned on both online purchases and purchases made by telephone only.
Each $ dollar you spend earns you 1 Reward Point. Each Reward Point you earn is good for .05 cents towards a future purchase.
Reward Points amounts may vary per product. Not all products may be eligible to earn Reward Points.
Generally your most current Reward Points balance can be found at the bottom of your physical packing slip invoice for items Wild West Electronics ships directly. For all other items that may be direct shipped from our vendors, you can request via email an invoice copy to obtain your most current Reward Points balance. Wild West Electronics is also working on a way to check Reward Points balances online in the future.
Reward Points can only be earned for purchases made on or after May 15th 2008. All purchases made prior to May 15th 2008 are not eligeable and do not qualify for the Reward Points program.
Redeeming Reward Points Earned
Reward Points can be redeemed online or over the phone at Wild West Electronics.com or Wild West Electronics.net. If redemption is to be made online, simply type in "Redeem My Rewards Points" in the comments section of your order. Your credit card will only be charged for the amount beyond the value of your Reward Points Earned.
Reward Points expire 6 months from the date your order was placed.
Reward Points are forfeited on all returned merchandise or cancelled orders.
Reward Points are not redeemable for cash, can not be returned for a cash refund, and can not be applied to any existing credit card balance.
Reward Points carry no cash value and are not gift certificates.
Reward Points cannot be redeemed in combination with any other promotional offer, coupon or any other special discount. This exclusion does not apply to "Free Shipping" offers.
When redeeming Reward Points, your order subtotal (total before tax, shipping and handling) must exceed the amount of your Reward Points. Taxes, fees, shipping, handling and any applicable restocking charges are extra and vary. Special promotions that are based upon your order total (i.e. free shipping) will be based upon your subtotal after your reward points have been applied. All remaining balances must be paid with a credit card.
On orders where Reward Points are being redeemed, the amount of the redeemed Reward Points will be subtracted from the amount of earned Reward Points.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen Reward Points.
Reward Points are not transferable and must be redeemed using the billing and shipping address on file.
