You may have your Products shipped or delivered to you via one of our available shipping options. We ship orders on normal business days, which are Monday through Friday excluding government holidays. Weekend shipment of orders is not currently available. Orders requesting any of our available shipping methods including any Express Air services (i.e. Next Day, Second Day, Three Day et cetera) will usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, date of order).

You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products can not be shipped to incomplete addresses. Because 3rd party companies handle the shipping all orders, we cannot guarantee any exact shipping arrival date or time regardless of the shipping method used. All shipping times are best estimates only. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Special Addresses: At this time, we are unable to accept and ship orders going to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories or International Foreign Addresses.
Hawaii and Alaskan Customers: If you are having your order shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, additional shipping charges over an above what our site calculates for shipping may apply. Due to the size and weight of some Products, they may not be available residents of Hawaii or Alaska. If you fall into this category, we will contact you prior to finalizing your order.
Shipping Damage
In the unlikely event you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours or by the next business day if received on a weekend, holiday or any other time our office may be closed, so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
For freight deliveries, you assume all risk of loss once you sign for the delivery unless damage is clearly noted on the drivers copy of the signed freight bill and we are contacted within 24 hours or by the next business day if received on a weekend or holiday. We always encourage you to carefully inspect the freight prior to accepting the delivery and contacting us immediately if you have any questions.
You agree to cooperate with us and the respective shipping carrier to the best of your ability during the entirety of the shipping damage claims process.
