You may have your product shipped or delivered to you via one of our available shipping options. We ship orders on normal business days, which are Monday through Friday excluding government holidays. Weekend shipment of orders is not currently available. Orders requesting any of our available shipping methods including any Express Air services (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air et cetera) will usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, date of order). Express Air services are only availablle for orders weighing 50lbs or less.

You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products can not be shipped to incomplete addresses. Because 3rd party companies handle the shipping all orders, we cannot guarantee any shipping arrival times regardless of the shipping method used. All shipping times are best estimates only.

If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 24hrs or  by the next business day if received on a weekend or holiday, so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.

For freight deliveries, you assume all risk of loss once you sign for the delivery unless damage is clearly noted on the drivers copy of the signed freight bill and we are contacted within 24hrs or  by the next business day if received on a weekend or holiday. We always encourage you to carefully inspect the freight prior to accepting the delivery and contacting us immediately if you have any questions. 

Shipping and Freight charges are not refundable.
