If you're not 100% completely satisfied with a Product you purchased, Wild West Electronics® will gladly exchange or refund your Product within 30 days** of the sale date as detailed below:
- Non-Defective Returns:
- Non-defective Product returned to us for a refund will be credited to your original form of payment less our actual cost we incurred in connection to shipping your Product to you regardlesss of any amount you may have been charged including promotional "Free Shipping".
- Defective Returns:
- Defective Product returned to us for a refund will be credited to your original form of payment less our actual cost we incurred in connection to shipping your Product to you regardlesss of any amount you may have been charged including promotional "Free Shipping".
- Defective Exchanges:
- If the Product you received is confirmed by us to be defective, you may exchange the defective Product for an identical Product at no shipping cost to you for ground service. If you elect NOT to make an identical Product exchange, your order will be subject to our standard return policies.
**Televisions, Projectors, DLPs, LCDs, Digital cameras, camcorders, desktop PCs, notebook PCs, monitors, printers, scanners and radar detectors must be returned within 14 days of the sale date, and (except where prohibited by law) are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box.
**Custom made items, special order items, items purchased in connection with a trade-in or any other made-to-order type items are non-refundable for any reason. Examples include but are not limited to custom made-to-order cables, speaker wire sold by-the-foot, special order items.
**Headphones, Earbuds and In-Ear speakers do not qualify for our return policy unless they are unused or unopened. This is due to health issues.
For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the original purchase in our system. The product must be in its original condition and must include all original materials including but not limited to the the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
Opened software, music, games, and movies may be exchanged for the same title only.
Charges for installation and shipping and or delivery services are nonrefundable after the services have been performed.
Missing accessories: The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For identical even exchanges, we will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.)
Promotional Packages: Returns for promotional package Product will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.
For Any Product Received that is not the Product Ordered: For Any Product Received that is not the Product Ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, packing slip or record of purchase in our system) is required for all returns.
Prior Return Authorization Required for All Returns and Exchanges: Product purchased online through ww.wildwestelectronics.com or www.wildwestelectronics.net or via any of our provided contact information including but not limited to our toll-free number, direct number, fax number or email addresses, which meets the Refunds and Returns guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA"). RA's can be obtained by emailing us your
Return Authorization Request
or by contacting customer service by telephone at (405) 340-8951 during normal business hours.
- Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee assessed. An RA is valid for 10 days.
- You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returned Product, unless otherwise indicated.
- If you choose to NOT insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
Upon our acceptance of your returned merchandise in conformity with our return policies outlined above; the purchase price less any charges in conformity with our return policies will be credited to the original form of payment used by you. Please allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we receive your returned item(s) for the processing of your credit.
