In the unlikely event if you feel any item you purchased from Wild West Electronics® is in need of repair, please contact us toll-free 1-800-785-0399 so we may help you diagnose the problem and help you obtain service if needed.

Experience has taught us that in the majority of cases, the problem is usually a result of incorrect use from the user and is easily remedied. In rare cases, service may be required in which case we will be happy to help you find a local service center. Most manufacturers have service center locators on there respective web sites to help.

All new products sold, unless otherwise noted comes with a standard manufacturers' warranty. Warranties vary widely between manufacturers' and product types. Accordingly, you may or may not be responsible for the repair cost of the item in question depending on the terms and conditions of your specific products warranty.
