Body: Very easy purchase. WWE sent me emails throughout the process to keep me informed. The product was delivered on time. The only minor nitpick I have is that my DVD player was not double boxed. The unit was not damaged but I would have felt better if it would have arrived inside a shipping box. I would definitely do business with these folks again.

Body: WWE has a good return policy and overall the experience was favorable except for: 1. WWEs online inventory system does not work. The item was always listed in stock yet they communicated via email after I placed the order that it was actually on backorder. From the time of order it took 6 business days for them to ship the item. Throughout this time period the item was always listed in stock. 2. WWE was asked to price match another etailer, Gochnauers, however, WWEs response was that even if this etailer had the item in stock for immediate delivery Gochnauers was not an authorized Zenith dealer, yet after checking the Zenith website it clearly lists them as a dealer.
