The Company was founded in 1975 under the name MB Peerless and was created for the engineering and development of all types of transducers including microphones, headphones and professional loudspeaker components.
In 1983, the Company was renamed MB QUART and embarked on a new strategy which narrowed the focus of the company to the development and marketing of high-end loudspeaker products. An elite reputation and position in the market was established.
