DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Allied Marketing, Inc. d/b/a Wild West Electronics completely relinquished ownership and operational control as of July 18th, 2006, 5:00pm Central Standard Time to Wild West Electronics, Inc., Doug Gillis, its directors, officers, employees and agents (hereinafter the “New WWE”).

The New WWE is not and shall not be held responsible for prior corporate and or private individuals acts or omissions, and, the New WWE does expressly disclaim all such prior persons, third parties, owners, directors, officers, employees and agent acts and omissions accordingly (said prior corporate ownership and private individuals are the “Old WWE”).

As of July 18th, 2006, 5:00pm Central Standard Time the New WWE does, hereby, expressly disclaim responsibility for all Old WWE business, which shall include the following by example but shall not limit the possibility of other forms and instances of malfeasance, misfeasance and or nonfeasance created by the Old WWE corporate dealings with consumers:

1) All failed, pending or completed transactions – notwithstanding whether these transactions are consumer, vendor or other third party related to the Old WWE and its consumers; and,

2) All customer payments, account shipments and record keeping under the control of the Old WWE owners; and,

3) All financial arrangements, credit card payments, debits, credits and or refunds, shipment or non-shipment of goods ordered, written and verbal corporate-to-consumer communications and all liabilities and damages resulting therefrom; and,

4) All Old WWE violations of federal, state and or municipal law and other illegal activity, if any, and

5) The period of time covered by this Disclaimer of Liability is from September 3rd, 2005 through July 18th, 2006, 4:59pm Central Standard Time, and is the scope of time that Wild West Electronics was under the control of the Old WWE.
