Analysis Plus BASS Oval Instrument Cable
This is the ultimate bass guitar cable - with massive 16 gauge conductors there will be no loss in signal for the full-bodied sound you have been looking for. The geometry is Analysis Plus's patented hollow oval woven design to give you the performance your equipment deserves. Don't use low gauge wire anymore - you wouldn't put bicycle tires on a corvette!
Optional Silent Plug:
Neutrik Silent Plug -The Silent Plug has an integrated "silent switch", which is hermetically sealed and offers life-time durability due to its REED technology-based design. The Silent plugs are designed for musicians switching an instrument, such as electric guitar, under load without creating the pops or squeals typically associated with plugging and unplugging a cable from an instrument or amplifier jack.
NOTE: For rigs with a panel style 1/4 inch mono plug like (Ken Smith, F Bass, etc...) order with a Neutrik mono plug instead of Analysis Plus mono plug.
Analysis Plus, Inc. has provided electronic and electromagnetic simulation and analysis for a host of companies since its inception in 1993. All the members of their team hold advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering or Physics, and their specialty is the art of computer simulation. Analysis Plus engineers are experts in the use of Saber, Matlab, Ansoft, and Spice, among other tools, as well as in the testing and measurement of physical devices. This expertise allows Analysis Plus the ability to bring the appropriate tool to bear on the task at hand.
For this reason, Analysis Plus consulting work has been wide-ranging to include the following companies:
Motorola - electromagnetic interference (EMI) design
Ford Motor Company - the design and modeling of electromagnetic shields for Anti-lock Brake Sensors
TRW - created advanced models of integrated circuits (ICs)
Stryker Medical - simulation and testing of an electric device too small to test with normal instruments
Bonart Corporation of Taiwan - designed, built and tested engineering prototypes of piezoelectric dental tooth cleaners
MIS of New York - designed the shielding for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) rooms
Pollack - created SABER models of automotive components
We've also done work for XLVision, ITT, American Cooling Systems, Braden Shielding, American Metal and Plastic, American Electronic Components, Sinosonic Industrial, MAGNA and other companies, though we're not at liberty to discuss any details.
